The Land Planning Division provides comprehensive services ranging from due diligence and master planning to government approvals. In order to save money for our clients and keep project momentum moving forward, we consider all of the inherently specific aspects of each property such as accessibility, soil, water runoff, intended use, and long term growth. Jones|Carter gets involved with stakeholders on the front end, successfully reducing obstacles to development, and providing a true concept to completion experience for clients.

The Public Planning Division is comprised of planners, engineers, and graphic artists who understand the needs of communities. We work closely with our clients and forge long-term relationships through our work. We provide comprehensive planning for bicyclist/pedestrian, land use, and transportation projects, and program management for TIRZs and management districts, zoning codes/development regulations, public outreach, and grant writing, as well as NEPA environmental documents.
