Multiple active and abandoned utilities required rerouting, investigation, and location documentation. This necessitated a tremendous amount of coordination due to the small work area and an accelerated schedule.
Our team achieved success on this project due to a definitive communication process and coordinated plan to keep all project team members on the same page including the design engineer, architect, construction manager, and the client’s facilities staff. We ensured accuracy by providing extra documentation to the entire team.
In Texas, we love our football. Any facility that makes a Texas team excel and attracts the best athletes in the nation, is a winner. The Davis Football Player Development Center at Texas A&M presents a unique approach to honing athletes’ mental and physical acuity on the field. The 20,000 SF facility is a one-stop shop for TAMU’s elite sportsman and includes meeting rooms, locker rooms, lounges, and state-of-the-art workout and training spaces that are unparalleled elsewhere. Our key role in this project enabled the contractor to deliver the building six weeks ahead of schedule to allow use of the facility for the inaugural season in the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
