Longwood - Cypress, Texas

A 770-acre golf course, residential development that includes the basic paving and utility infrastructure for a water district development. This project includes a major bridge structure over Little Cypress Creek, a regional detention facility that involves the conversion of an active sand pit operation into permanent detention, a sub-regional waste treatment plant and incorporating a golf course into the existing 100-year flood plain of Little Cypress Creek.
