Summerwood - Houston, Texas

A 1,500-acre residential development west of Lake Houston. This environmentally sensitive project is 40% complete. The project includes amenity lakes and special drainage ditches to control runoff into Lake Houston, along with multiple single-family residential projects. Construction of a 500,000 gpd wastewater treatment plant was recently completed. We are presently District Engineers for three MUD's within this development - Harris County Municipal Utility District No's. 342, 344, and 361.
