Post TSARP Analysis of Armand Bayou Watershed

Jones & Carter, Inc. was selected by Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) to evaluate and present options for rectification of a section of Armand Bayou in order to reduce flood hazards and recurring channel maintenance costs. A model was built to analyze several proposed regional detention basins, along with optimizing the channel geometry to utilize the available ROW and maximize the flood protection level.
