Firethorne Development

A Hydrologic & Hydraulic evaluation was completed for a 1,400-acre development located in Fort Bend County, Texas, which included the analysis and design of a detention and channel system to serve the development. The detailed analysis included channel improvements to Willow Fork of Buffalo Bayou to reduce the 100-Year floodplain across the development. A Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) was also prepared and approved by FEMA to document changes to the 100-Year floodplain.
