Central Greens Business Park (Commercial Drainage, Detention Analysis & Design)

Jones & Carter, Inc. prepared a master drainage plan for Greens Parkway MUD in North Harris County for the development of six tracts within the Central Greens Business Park. Utilizing the master drainage plan, the original owner marketed and sold each tract to prospective buyers, all of whom retained the services of Jones & Carter, Inc. to complete the drainage analysis and prepare the construction drawings. The existing storm sewer system was analyzed to determine capacity within the system and the impact of proposed detention basin outfalls. After the design and technical specifications were produced, we also assisted the clients with bidding procedures and contract/construction management, as well as the coordination with the Greens Parkway MUD engineer and attorney for inclusion in the District's most recent Bond Application Report.
