Fieldstone Subdivision

The Fieldstone Subdivision development included 521 lots in four single-family sections of development on 154-acres located at Mason Road and Morton Road in north Fort Bend County.  The projects consisted of a 7,500 linear-foot drainage channel, a water plant, a wastewater treatment plant expansion, and a detention pond.  A nice entrance feature and recreation center was also included in the project.

An interesting aspect of this project was a unique pedestrian tunnel constructed under Mason Road to provide access to the recreation center.
