Jones & Carter, Inc. provides design, construction management, and field project representation for this 1,400-acre master planned residential development. This 862 single-family home community combines modern amenities and the latest advanced technology. It includes a community center, indoor exercise facility, resort-style swim center, scenic walking and nature trails, tennis courts, sports fields, approximately 150 acres dedicated to parks and green space, wildlife observation areas, and a large scenic lake. There is also acreage set aside for future school sites and commercial development.

Jones & Carter, Inc. has provided platting and design of underground utilities and paving for approximately 460 acres of single-family development, as well as utilities and a parking lot to serve the Firethorne Community Center. Additionally, Jones & Carter, Inc. has designed and constructed a water plant facility; a 0.4 MGD interim wastewater treatment plant facility, two sanitary sewer lift stations, a detention pond, and multiple drainage channels.

Jones & Carter, Inc. is currently the District Engineer, and as the community continues to grow, we will be responsible for the expansion of existing water, sewer, and drainage facilities.
