Park Lakes

Park Lakes is a 1,200-acre master planned community in the extra territorial jurisdiction of the City of Houston. Jones & Carter, Inc. has designed underground utilities and paving for approximately 472 acres of single-family development, and 86 acres of site work for commercial development for retail shopping centers, a Denny's, and a two-story professional office building. Additionally, Jones & Carter, Inc. has designed and constructed water plant and wastewater treatment plant facilities, and a surface water tie-in that connects the development's water distribution system to the City of Houston (COH) 84-inch surface water line.

Jones & Carter, Inc. is currently in the process of planning the phases of development for and additional 610-acres that will consist of single-family and commercial development in Park Lakes. Construction management and field project representation services are also provided for the entire project.
