Quail Creek Apartments
Quail Creek is a 13-acre apartment complex located between Brinker Road and Mayhill Road in southeast Denton. We coordinated approval of the site plan, plat, and construction plans. Jones & Carter, Inc. designed all private and public infrastructure, including 1,200 feet of off-site waterline and 2,000 feet of off-site sanitary sewer. We also designed a detention pond to minimize off-site storm sewer costs.
Jones & Carter, Inc. prepared a sign district application and coordinated approval of a special sign district to obtain the desired signage along Brinker Road, even though the property does not front Brinker. We prepared easement documents and coordinated the release of private utility easements. We coordinated with City of Denton officials to reduce traffic and utility impact fees. We met or exceeded the client's aggressive schedule for plan and plat approvals, and prevented project financing delays.
