Collin Creek Corporate Center - Plano, Texas

Serving as the civil engineering design firm for the project architect, Jones & Carter, Inc. was involved in the development of a 6.4-acre office site in Plano, Texas. The project included the construction of a three story, 108,000-square-foot office building, the relocation of an existing drainage channel, and the construction of two stormwater drainage channels on the east side of the site. Jones & Carter, Inc.'s responsibilities included the development of plans for paving, drainage and utilities, as well as boundary and topographic surveys and construction staking for the site. The site required the design of sidewalks, fire lanes, parking areas, and access drives to accommodate the site topography and building plans while considering ADA accessibility requirements, vehicle traffic circulation and truck deliveries. Southwestern Bell currently occupies the office building.
