Eckerd Drug Store - Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex

Jones & Carter, Inc. served as the civil engineering design firm for Commercial Net Lease Realty Services, Inc. to design and construct 20 Eckerd Drug Stores throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Jones & Carter, Inc. provided full-service land planning from a conceptual stage through due diligence and preliminary engineering to full construction drawings. Responsibilities also included acquiring zoning changes, changes to planned developments, variances to codes when applicable, boundary and topographic surveys, preparation of legal descriptions, platting, and developing plans for paving, drainage and utilities for the sites. Nine of the 20 (FM 407 & Garden Ridge Boulevard, Lewisville; FM 740 & Horizon, Rockwall; Walnut & Shiloh, Pleasant Valley & Northeast Parkway; Garland & Belt Line, Garland; Cedar Ridge & Wheatland, Duncanville; Hampton & Illinois, Dallas; Beary & Sandage, Fort Worth; and FM 1821 & US-180, Mineral Wells) have been completed and are fully operational.
