The Dallas Logistics Hub is a premiere logistics park located between the cities of Dallas, Lancaster, Wilmer, and Hutchins, Texas. It is the largest new logistics park and inland port in North America spanning more than 6,000-acres and will serve as the primary gateway for import/export distribution to and from nations all over the world.

Jones & Carter, Inc.'s surveying services included retracement and location of boundary lines and original monumentation for multiple owner tracts and parcels totaling 4,000 acres of land. All improvements included structures, roads, fence lines, and visible encroachments were also surveyed during field operations. The field data collected was utilized for the creation of Land Title Surveys during the extensive land acquisition phase of the project. Jones & Carter, Inc. also provided the resetting of final monumentation of all missing boundary corners.
