Brookhollow Drive Extension

Railport Industrial Park is a 1,500-acre commercial/industrial park that was created in 1998 utilizing a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ). The Midlothian Development Authority (MDA) retained the services of Jones & Carter, Inc. to survey and design new paving and drainage facilities, coordinate and supervise landscaping activities, and provide construction management of the entire project. This project required extensive coordination with BNSF Railroad, as well as TxDOT and City officials.

Jones & Carter, Inc.'s surveying services included subject property boundary location and retracement of 1,500-acres; TSPS Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys for engineering design, subdivision platting, and construction staking services. We also provided the design and construction management of a four-lane boulevard, Brookhollow Drive, servicing the Railport Industrial Park.
