The Highlands at Trophy Club

The Highlands at Trophy Club is a master planned community located west of the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. It offers a country club setting with rolling hills, a 36-hold golf course designed and built by Ben Hogan, and a family focused community with accessibility to the attractions of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Jones & Carter, Inc.'s surveying services included all Boundary Land Title Surveys for more than 1,000 acres of undeveloped land within the town of Trophy Club's limits. For this project our firm delineated and surveyed more than 25,000 linear feet of the 575-foot and 572-foot elevation contour throughout the property. This information was then used to determine the specific location of reclamation land within the Corps of Engineers' perpetual flowage easement and the buildable land boundary for all internal parcels and design subdivisions.
