Sean has been with Jones| Carter since February 2015 and is currently the Vice President for the Electrical Division of our Water Practice. His experience includes the electrical, instrumentation and SCADA design of multiple wastewater treatment plant, lift station, water plant and utility projects as well as the supervision of multiple EIT’s and PE’s. His work includes instrumentation design, electrical one-line development, process narrative writing, and SCADA development of PLC programming, HMI development, and automatic reporting. His work includes personnel oversight and management, project management, project design, coordination with project sub-consultants, coordination of the design and construction phase engineering for his department’s projects, preparation of project feasibility studies and preliminary engineering reports, SCADA programming and configuration, network design, and wireless design including security.
