Alta Trinity Green is a five-story, 324-unit multi-family development situated around a one-acre park. These modern luxury residences are a part of the Trinity Green development located in the West Dallas Trinity Groves neighborhood. The proximity to the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge provides an unparalleled view as well as easy access to Downtown Dallas.
The Jones|Carter team worked with the City of Dallas to meticulously design the proposed utilities for the project site. Many of the existing underground utilities along Duluth Street needed to be updated, replaced, or circumvented, including an 84-inch storm drain pipe, an 8-inch water line, a 3-inch gas line, and existing sanitary sewer lines. Construction coordination was crucial as the downstream sanitary sewer connection point was not yet constructed by the City of Dallas and the upstream extensions were soon to be constructed by a 3rd party development. The extension of electrical conduit across a major five-lane road was also challenging, as underground utilities on Singleton Boulevard are equally as congested as Duluth Street.
Frequent coordination with the City of Dallas allowed J|C to begin construction prior to the completion of the downstream sanitary sewer extension, helping avoid significant project delays. Similarly, J|C coordinated with the neighboring development to ensure construction of storm drains, sanitary sewer, and water line extensions would be completed prior to their design completion.
Alta Trinity Green is the second phase of the Trinity Green Development. The apartment complex began leasing its first units in February of 2019.
