Harmony is a 1,037-acre community along the Spring Creek Greenway. The award-winning community boasts 2,600 homes of various sizes in gated and non-gated neighborhoods. Residents have access to amenities including a resort-style beach entry lagoon, a 5,100-square foot recreation center, biking and hiking trails and canoeing in one of the community lakes. Harmony also features mixed-use and commercial developments such as H-E-B, Elite ER Care and numerous retail stores.

Jones|Carter worked closely with Johnson Development and Land Tejas to revise and update an existing master plan to maximize the number of developable lots in the gated neighborhoods. Our team utilized existing natural features to allow flexibility in developer-directed changes to lot sizes and product types. The diverse builder requirements were integrated into the master plan while observing the requirements of Harmony’s subdivision ordinance.
